Contact forms and chat / consultation: TOSCANO uses the services of Contact Form 7 and Zendesk for the creation and management of contact forms and chat. Unless the user indicates that they wish to continue maintaining contact, TOSCANO will not store the data collected once the user has received a complete answer to their query.
Form of employment: TOSCANO maintains a way of contact, through a form of Contact Form 7, for the reception of curricula vitae of candidates. The applicant authorises TOSCANO to analyse the documents they submit, the information directly accessible through search engines (Google, Bing, etc.), the profiles opened on professional social networks (LinkedIn, Viadeo, Xing, etc.) and the data they reveal in a possible interview, in order to evaluate their candidacy.

Instant Messaging: TOSCANO can answer queries through instant messaging such as WhatsApp, Google Hangouts, Skype, Zendesk, etc., provided that our users request it, and only for the purpose they specify.
Payment and credit service providers: TOSCANO, in the course of its usual commercial activity, has relations with various banking and credit management entities. The clients of TOSCANO agree with the transfer of their data to these entities, to the extent necessary to proceed with the payment of their products/services.

Mobile applications. TOSCANO has diverse applications in the platforms of apps iOS and Android, both located in the United States. We currently collect information on error logs (to solve users’ problems), as well as user traffic for session metrics.
