The DUMO Ultralyzer Lab system aims to increase the efficiency and the generation of high performance in treatments where molecular lysis is required. The application of ultrasound to the medium destroys filamentous formations and breaks the cell walls of bacteria, fungi and other organisms.
The capacity of this reactor has been optimized to become a compact equipment that performs a homogeneous cavitation throughout the treated volume, a true “microequipment” in comparison with other conventional treatments. The treatment flow can be adapted to the DUMO Ultralyzer Lab application, which turns this technology into the most versatile on the market.
The DUMO Lab reactor is composed of 1 horn sonotrode of up to 1kW. Electrical energy is transformed into acoustics by the use of ceramic transducers.
